The price is unbeatable. Our room smelled strongly of Pine Sol and other cleaning agents that seemed to be covering up pet smells. The carpet was freshly cleaned, but still damp and was squishy under foot. The free coffee in the lobby was great, we did not try breakfast.
Breakfast was really good The location was really fabulous and the staff was very helpful.
For the price and location this hotel is good to go. It's not fancy by any stretch. But it worked and I would stay here again. The diner a block away was fabulous.
Always enjoy staying there when we are in town. I love the fact the guy running the front desk said "Give me a few minutes to clean up my desk....my wife made a mess of it".....I could SO relate to having to have a clean and organized desk. Maybe one of the things I miss about being retired....
Convenient to many parts of Coeur d Alane
It was easily located and the guy at the front desk was very nice. We had 2 huskies with us, and we had no problem with them staying in the room.
I've stayed here several times...even 'recognized' when I checked in! This was an unexpected pleasant disovery when I first stayed. I was impressed then....and now....at the well-kept, clean, and 'efficient' the room was! Spartan but everything I needed! It IS close to everything and easy access to the interstate. I'll be back....

Location. I got my car fixed next door and walked to restaurants and the lake.
Couldnt access the hotel (the lobby was locked) when I arrived late and had to go to different hotel.

Safe, convenient location. Nothing fancy but clean and decent. Meagan in the office was very sweet and friendly and answered all my questions.
We were able to get a groun floor room. This is extremely important to us, as we are both disabled.
The bed were very comfortable for the price! The size of the room was the same as higher priced hotels. There was also a mini fridge and coffee pot. I would definitely stay here again. We were also able to walk downtown saving money on an UBER.
